Comfortable, clean, the food is delicious, but my room didn't have towels even though I told the staff.

Please improve the service. Why are towels given out at night? Make everything better, thank you.

Overall it was good, breakfast could be more varied, there is no meat menu at all... and the taste of the food is just ordinary.

The hotel staff was friendly and kind. The ambiance was great, and it was close to the mall. However, what I didn't like was the mossy bathroom, floors, and walls. It was poorly maintained. The breakfast was excellent.

Very comfortable stay for 1 night here. The room is clean, the hot water also works well. I love the infinity pool because we can also see the city lights up there.

The hotel staff were all friendly. I stayed here for four nights and it was very comfortable. The swimming pool was especially great. The view was also beautiful.

Hopefully, it's always checked... both the room and the facilities. Because coincidentally, when I stayed there, the AC was spraying water.. I was a bit paranoid because I was afraid the mattress would get wet.. because it faced the bed. Then the mini fridge was full of frost.. please check it to prevent unwanted things. Hopefully, the routine and thorough checks carried out by the hotel will result in a good experience for visitors.

During my one-night stay here, I felt like going straight home because: 1. It turned out the deluxe TV wasn't a smart TV, the remote was problematic, and the phone call downstairs took ages to arrive. 2. There was no mat in the bathroom, so it was muddy after showering. Some towels had holes in them, and the overhead shower didn't work; I could only use the small one. There was no space in the shower to put any extra toiletries, as I usually bring my own soap or shampoo. 3. The air conditioning in the room wasn't cold at all, all night long. It wasn't like sleeping in a hotel; it felt like a sauna, haha, because I was that sweaty. 3. The bed creaked every time I moved, so I was afraid it would collapse. 4. Breakfast: mung bean porridge, tasteless. I took the chicken porridge, left it for a while, and got another, and it was taken away. It hadn't been eaten at all, as you can see the spoon was still clean and still next to the plate, just carrying it away, haha.

The road ahead is always congested, it's understandable because it's near Cipulir.

Everything was okay, the downside was that the bathroom sink was clogged and we had to wait about 30 minutes to get into the room because the room wasn't ready yet.

It was a worst hotel experience. There was a cockroach inside the bathroom, and a long wait for 2 pages of printing at an expensive IDR5k/page because the receptionist was chatting with his relative. Now I am late for my visa appointment. I hope this can be your evaluation.
