highly recommended. location near elephant cave and baby statue. Quiet spacious, nice swimming pool, friendly service. I chose the 3 bed room. spacious clean; the bathroom can be used for playing tennis because it is so spacious. Breakfast and juice are delicious. With the rate price it is very worth it. Will come back here again for sure.

Actually the place is okay and comfortable, only the cleanliness should be improved again. The friendliness of the staff should also be improved again. But overall it's okay, it's close to the monkey forest and the captain i wayan dipta stadium.

Hari 1 masuk, anak kunci balkon macet, tidak bisa dicabut, konskuensi pintu sliding balkon tidak bisa ditutup, sudah komplain perbaikan, diinfo teknis tidak bisa mengerjakan kata hanya teknisi listrik. Masih di hari 1, gagang kunci pintu kamar mandi rusak. Sampe hari terkahir tidak diperbaiki. Air panas juga ngga stabil panasnya.

Hari pertama di kamar budget room hanya dapat 2 air kemasan padahal saya membayar untuk 3 orang, meskipun akhirnya 1 botol lagi diberikan setelah diminta, akan tetapi hari kedua tidak dikasih air kemasan lagi, harusnya kan tetap dikasih karena saya membayar untuk menginap dua hari, males juga untuk minta lagi yang mana harusnya sudah otomatis dikasih tanpa diminta.

TV tidak ada sinyal, hari kedua minuman tidak dapat, kelengkapan mandi seperti sikat dan sabun juga tidak dikasih lagi, harusnya kalau menginap dua hari, dihari kedua saya harus dikasih lagi karena saya membayar untuk 2 hari, rasa sarapan oke.

Dapet harga 315 untuk tahun baru udah termasuk murah si dan udah include sarapan lagi. Jujur ini luas banget kamarnya bersih juga, dengan harga segitu udah ada bathtub nya. Ada kolam renangnya juga. Saya jadi bisa berendam air hangat dengan bubble bomb seru banget. Lain kali akan menginap di sini lagi jika ada kesempatan. Worth it banget!

Saya datang sekitar pukul 10 malam dan saya disuruh parkir lumayan jauh dari hotel. Karyawan yang mengantar cukup kebingungan harus bagaimana saat melayani, pintu kamar kami juga rusak dan sulit sekali ditutup, kondisi kamar perlu dibersihkan lagi dari wastafel yang berlumur, tembok yang sudah mengelupas, atap yang berjamur. Selain itu, perlu diberi pengharum dan juga obat nyamuk karena banyak sekali nyamuk di kamar. Pukul 12 malam kamar saya sudah mati listrik, saya tunggu 30 menit tapi tidak kembali nyala dan hanya kamar saya. Saya komplain, tapi penjaga hanya bilang “tidak bisa panggil tukang AC sekarang” karena saya terus mendesak, dia baru berusaha walaupun dia hanya mengambil sapu untuk memukul AC nya. Akhirnya setelah 1 jam listrik berhasil nyala karena tokennya sudah diisi. Waktu mati lampu, saya juga sempat tidak direspon penjaga karena ada tamu yang datang di kamar yang tipe sama. Tapi parkirannya ditaruh di dekat hotel dan tidak jauh seperti kami. Sekian.

Gangga Blessta is overall a nice place, good value, and for those that want to get away from the crowds. There are two swimming pools, one in the back is hidden from easy view. Breakfast was good although a bit small portions. The room and bath are nothing special but are clean. Staff are all friendly and always willing to help.
