all in all very impressive, the staff are very helpful, the room facilities are complete, fragrant and very clean, and there are many discounts when we order by application.. Thanks Blue Orchid Hotel.. 🥰.. God willing, we will often stay there when we go to Pangandaran

The atmosphere here is nice, it's not too far from the west coast to the east coast.
The most impressive thing is the prayer mat and the Quran. It's rare for a hotel to provide prayer equipment. Thank you, Blue Orchid. If I have the chance, God willing, I will stop by again.

Satisfied with the hotel's facilities and hospitality.
Atmosphere/Facilities: Comfortable atmosphere and fairly complete facilities.
Food: Haven't tried it yet because I took the package without breakfast.
Staff Assistance: The staff was friendly and easy to handle. I forgot my ID card, so I only gave my Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP), but they still accepted it.
Highlights: Nice, elegant layout, with a swimming pool and comfortable rooftop smoking area.
Price: For the price, the facilities provided are very satisfying.
Location: Good, fairly close to the beach.

This is my umpteenth experience staying at the Blue Orchid Hotel.. but this time I was disappointed with the service, when I first checked in I got a very cramped room for 2 toddlers who were moving around and it was uncomfortable, I asked to change rooms at first but they didn't give me a chance but they finally gave me a change even though they had to force me a little, the next day during breakfast I broke a very small glass and they said it would be charged, Ma'am, okay, it's okay, when I checked out I was told it would be charged 50 thousand rupiah, which was a bit annoying.. for such a small glass.

The staff is friendly, the service is good, the location is strategically located near the beach, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and fragrant, the afternoon snack is good, and the breakfast is quite satisfying and delicious. I would definitely recommend staying here again if I go to Pangandaran 😁

Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and the room was clean. However, upon check-out, the receptionist asked about the missing glass. We didn't use any, and we didn't notice or remember when checking in whether there were two or only one.
