Breakfast variations are still not enough to support visitors from outside Malaysia.

MALAY HOTEL.. MALAY FOOD.. MALAY STAFF.. EASY AND CLOSE TO KAMPUNG BARU.. BUSY PLACE.. THIS HOTEL SHOULD LOWER THE PRICE A LITTLE SO MORE PEOPLE CAN STAY..

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The deco is beautiful and very adequate. Thank you to the staff who arranged the deco. Will repeat stay here again

Nearby lrt kg Baru, nearby local foods stalls and masjid. Staff friendly. Hope the room can be upgraded more, e. G., cleanliness, ambience. The pool was great but moderate in cleanliness.

Currently the housekeeping service is very bad, the room is not cleaned, the trash is not thrown away, the floor is dirty even though it has been asked to the receptionist to be cleaned. Only the bed sheets are tidied up, the others are not cleaned. The room cleaning service is very uncomfortable.

unfair in booking a room for 3 adults. I have to add more costs to get a room according to my needs. Very disappointing

Honestly, the hotel was quite good, and I was given an early check-in. However, the room assigned to me had a connecting door without any prior confirmation or information, even though I only booked a single room. Moreover, this hotel does not provide adapters for chargers, which is typically available in hotels, especially for a 4-star establishment where such basics are expected. In previous hotels, I was always lent an adapter or even a charger if needed, but not in this hotel. The male staff were friendly, but not the female staff member with long hair and glasses—whose name I unfortunately forgot to ask or note. She was extremely unfriendly and provided no solutions. I even went down to the lobby, but she didn't offer so much as a smile. It was truly disappointing. I request that this staff member be followed up on. I'm giving this hotel only 2 stars because of its nice view and the early check-in, despite the lack of communication about the connecting door. Overall, I had a very poor experience during my stay. Thank you.

I didn't expect to find such a cool hotel in the center of KL, with a fairly affordable price, delicious breakfast, and cool rooms.

Our top choice hotel. From check in to check out, everything was the best. Kudos to the TAMU team. You are the BEST!!

Overall very good hotel to stay. Accept We were there during school holiday and very crowded. The staffs done a good job.

Tamu Hotel very worst on preparation breakfast at their house restaurant. Each every station food did not prepare as well and short food when receive customer. A lot of food finish before 9.00 am, just left the roti canai and scramble egg but que up the line. Drink very shortly finish and late they top up again include not enough glass and plate as well. They should know this season end of monnth December is school holiday and they must know how to prepare. This hotel similar with Hotel Seri Malaysia which is service on morning breakfast but don't know how to manage and receive high volume customer one time. Pay breakfast but only can eat few food likewise brocolli, baked bean, scramble egg and nasi kerabu without condiment. Just drink teh tarik but can't top up other drink because late top up and quickly finish.

the cleanliness of the room and the hotel area, the strategic location in the center of the city is very satisfied..

The hotel only provided 2 towels, 1 set of toothbrushes, toothpaste even though the room was for 2 people. We stayed for 3 days but the room was only cleaned once. Otherwise, everything was good, with a view of the twin towers and KL tower. The hotel is located near the center so it's close and cheap to go anywhere. Breakfast is delicious and has many dishes.

Every time I go to KL, I always stay at the hotel. Feels like home. Find Indonesian food, Malay food, tom yam, durian cendol ice and others. Very close. The view is very beautiful. On the 38th floor. Thanks to all FO, frendly, friendly bellboys, generous GM. God willing, I will always come back here. To this room.

I give 100 stars here⭐️. Request from the application asking for a welcome cake for honeymoon. Eh, they gave it instead. Free cake. There is a refrigerator and pantry so you can cook. The service is 100 stars. The room is very, very comfortable and impressive. Especially the window facing the twin towers and the KL tower. No need for a deposit. Anyway, if I go to KL again, I will stay here
