All the staff are friendly and nice, the rooms are also clean.

This hotel is my regular when I'm in Jakarta, I always stay here, usually during the annual palace ceremony. But unfortunately, yesterday I booked a non-smoking room, but it smelled of cigarette smoke. Even though the room was already written as non-smoking. I wanted to complain because I was tired from preparing for the palace ceremony, so never mind, but usually the rooms are okay.

The toilet is not comfortable, the water when washing is small, the rest is cool and steady...

Booking a Warm room, the highest level at this hotel, turned out to be comfortable. The hotel was also clean, despite the ongoing construction of MRT Phase 2 in front of the hotel. This trip, I deliberately chose the highest level room because I was bringing a baby under 1 year old, seeking a comfortable rest, and the room was indeed quite spacious.
