Actually, the hotel is good, but there are many things that need to be renewed in the room furniture, such as the bed which is no longer comfortable to sleep on, making my whole body ache.

It's a great place to bring kids. They'll love playing in the pool, which features slides and diving facilities.

I really like this hotel because the area around the hotel is spacious, the air is cool, the swimming pool is also great, there is a large grass field, it is very kid-friendly. The breakfast is delicious 🫶🏻

The hotel feels old and vintage. The lush trees make it feel like you're in the mountains. Complete facilities include a gym, tennis courts, children's and adult pools with slides, a restaurant, a pool bar, a ballroom, and a spacious playground with plenty of toys.

The room was not very bright, and we arrived during a wedding, so it was really difficult to get out of the parking lot, and there was only one food option, and there was only one menu.

The hotel area is dirty and not maintained, very different from the one in the application, luckily there is a field for children to play... breakfast is better on the side of the road.

The hotel is cool, there are lots of plants, the space is spacious, there is a swimming pool which is also fun for children.

Check-in is easy, the staff is friendly, there are 3 swimming pools to choose from, the food is delicious, and the location is easy to reach.

Overall, the environment is cool and very peaceful.

For the 3rd time we returned to staycation at Concordia, seeing that the room has changed, it has been renovated with a new floor.... The thing that makes us feel at home the most is the Bumi Sangkuriang area... the swimming pool, children's playground, the wide grassy area makes it cool to look at... Breakfast is also good, although the menu is not that varied, but it's okay. Hopefully one day we can return to the Concordia Hotel with our extended family.

Honestly, the hotel is really nice and I highly recommend staying here.

It was really fun staying here, got a pretty cheap price with lots of activities for kids such as a swimming pool, playground, and a large field.

The staff is friendly, the environment is beautiful, and the family is friendly.

Perfect for families with small children. Spacious grassy fields, fun children's games, and a dedicated children's pool. There's also a gym and tennis courts, so you'll never run out of activities during your stay.

It's a shame that if this hotel room were properly maintained, I don't think it matters that the hotel is old, but it's clean. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was very disappointing, making it uncomfortable to stay there. This is the first time we've stayed in a hotel with a dirty floor and a dirty and smelly bathroom toilet.
