The room was old, and the toilet was clogged, constantly making loud splashing noises. They charged a child 200,000 VND per night, which was excessively high considering the room only cost 576,000 VND per night. This made our stay at this hotel very unpleasant.

The hotel was old and dilapidated; mosquitoes kept me awake at night, and the rooms were so old that the soundproofing was poor. I could hear everything anyone said outside, making it impossible to sleep.

I rented a motorbike from the hotel at 7 PM, checked out at 9 AM, but they absolutely refused to let me return it in the afternoon, yet still charged me for the full day. The receptionist said this was the hotel's policy (without any prior notice to guests), and my 1-star rating is based on my experience!

When checking in, the room with 2 beds did not have a balcony, but the hotel did not notify the problem to change the room until they saw it when they got to the room and they had to ask the hotel again. 2.
