I had a great experience at the homestay; the owner was very enthusiastic. I arrived early, before check-in time, but she still helped me, thankfully it was a bit hot. The space is very peaceful, beautiful, clean, and full of greenery. The breakfast was simple enough. I found it very convenient to get to tourist attractions; at the end of the alley is the famous Chinh Thu goat restaurant, which serves delicious food and is always crowded. The entrance is right by the pebble beach, and Trang An pier is 1.5 km away. The only downside is that the air conditioning isn't very cool 🤣

The owners are very friendly and enthusiastic, the food is delicious, and the room rates are very reasonable. The homestay is clean, quiet, and suitable for those who like a relaxing and chill atmosphere.

Friendly staff, we were supposed to check out at 12pm but because we didn't get back until 4pm, the homestay owner still let us check out late and didn't charge any extra fees.

The night I stayed at the last meal, there was a power outage, but the owner handled it quite quickly. I will return to stay if I have the opportunity to travel to Ninh Binh.

Anh chị chủ rất là dễ thương luôn. Phòng sạch và tiện nghi, có cả nước, bánh, trà, cafe nữa. Bữa sáng mình chọn phở, ăn cũng khá ok. Nói chung là tốt, trừ việc nước có mùi clo, chắc là nước đá vôi, nhưng cũng không ảnh hưởng lắm. Recommend nha!
