very friendly service at check-in

The hotel staff is friendly, the sheets are dull and have stains, the food is not very varied, the hotel environment is good, but unfortunately there is no swimming pool.

wifi is really slow, I'm in room 3113 the water pipe is clogged, just like yesterday my water pipe is always clogged. also the garden area smells of cat poop

Clean rooms and prices are realistic, parking is ok.

I stayed there 3 times. The first time the AC wasn't cold, the second time it was fine, but the third time was just yesterday. The water pipe was clogged, so when I took a shower there was a lot of stagnant water, the sink was also a bit clogged and took a long time to drain, there was no hot water from check-in until check-out, the water came out very slowly.

my first stay at lesemar hotel was quite pleasant.. the atmosphere is calm, suitable for healing, clean, the facilities in the room are more than enough, just the water input in the shower drain is stagnant, the water that comes out of the flush smells, the soap is fresh like Marjan syrup with melon flavor, the other things are okay, the food is also delicious even though I haven't had the chance to explore the others, thanks lesemar...

Strategic Hotel in Serang City with Comfortable, Clean Place and Good Service

This is my second time staying here. This time I took 2 rooms because I was with my family and parents. Highly recommended. The atmosphere is comfortable. Spacious parking lot. Clean room. Clean pillow spray. Cold AC. The shower for hot water also works well. Clean towels. Breakfast is in accordance with the HTL category. The taste is quite good. There are herbal medicines available. The location is also good. Because we are from Jakarta, it is closer to the toll road during peak hours. So far this HTL is good. Thank you Le Semar. Hopefully you will be successful and maintain what you already have.
