Always stay here because it's close to the kids' boarding house.

I stayed overnight to take care of my child's needs, who will be attending Unpad. Looking for a place to stay close to campus and my child's boarding house, I chose Dhika Serenity Jatinangor. Check-in and check-out were smooth, parking was secure, and the food was quite tasty for the price. The rooms are quite small, apartment-like, but comfortable enough. It's a suitable choice for parents visiting their children studying in the Jatinangor area.

The bathroom's water supply is very poor, with dripping and uncontrolled hot water. It makes urinating difficult.

I happened to be there again, so I could hear people's voices from outside.

Compared to competing hotels in Jatinangor, it was actually pretty good, but our bathroom smelled of septic tank. We had breakfast at 8:00, and many of the food was empty, taking a long time to refill. Even when refills were available, the quantity wasn't much, leading to a scramble with other guests. We and many other guests ended up waiting a second time. Suggestion: If the menu selection isn't extensive, it's best to increase the stock to avoid waiting and fighting over food.

Only the food and bathroom are not okay. Others are good. The ring bridge (jembatan cincin) is a bonus view that is worth being grateful for.

Everything was fine. Unfortunately, there was no phone in the room, although there was a WhatsApp number.

To be honest, since it didn't seem like it was meant to be a hotel, there were a lot of inconveniences, but the hotel staff made every effort to make it as comfortable as possible. So, despite some minor shortcomings, it was generally a good and enjoyable experience!

The hotel is close to Jans Park, and the room was clean and fragrant. The staff was also friendly. It was a comfortable stay.

I'd like to give some feedback on this review. 1. The bathroom floor needs to be scrubbed because it's mossy. 2. The hot water takes a long time to come up. 3. The floor is dusty because the carpet has a lot of sand.

Few food choices. Few fruits.

The hotel staff is friendly. The view from the back of the hotel is stunning. The breakfast menu is limited, with not many choices.

The hotel is very comfortable, the swimming pool is okay, the food is delicious.

The location is good, and the staff service is also good. The quality of the beds could be improved, as the pillowcases smelled unpleasant. The breakfast variety is also limited.

This was my second stay here. This time I got room GF02, which I found uncomfortable because it was close to the elevator, so I could always hear people chatting and walking around. It was very noisy. I booked a superior double room, but the beds were twin beds combined, resulting in a crease in the middle, making for uncomfortable sleeping. Some of the wallpaper in the room was peeling off as well. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was quite good. I'd like to try staying here again next time, hopefully the room comfort will be improved. Thank you 🙏

I didn't like the room. It was incredibly noisy everywhere, and the view wasn't great at all, facing Indomaret. For a room that was more expensive than the garden view, I expected more.

The place is really good, you won't be disappointed.
