The staff was incredibly friendly. We were allowed to check in early and were very helpful. Thank you so much for assisting us as elderly guests. If we return to Padang, God willing, we'll stay here again.

Just as I wanted, it feels like living in my own home.

Yesterday I booked a room on the wrong date, they said they would help me with the refund process. But it was actually the hotel itself that rejected the refund request. Even though I had already booked again at their place directly for the actual date.

My parents and I came in the morning, we were allowed to check in quickly. There was plenty of water and the plus was that there was a water tank, cold AC, TV, friendly staff, and a drinking water dispenser. Thank you very much Balinda Guest House, when I go to Padang I will stay here again

It's really nice to stay here with affordable price but good comfort in my opinion.

The accommodation is nice and comfortable, next time when you want to say it's time to check out, knock on the door first, even though I also know that check out is at 12.00, it's still 11.45 and I just pushed the door, next time the service will knock on the door first to say CO 🙏☺️

The room I got was nice, it was clean too and for that price it was really worth it in my opinion, hopefully the cleanliness of each room is maintained and always checked and all the cleanliness is the most important thing.

Kamar oke cukup baik cuma tidak terawat banyak sarang laba-laba yang tidak dibersihkan.

Kamar mandinya tidak bersih,sangat kotor lantainya. Alas kasurnya tidak bersih,ada bekas noda. AC tidak dingin, dan kamar bau pengap. No recommended sangat tidak menyenangkan.
