I booked this hotel because it has a really good review, but what I found were dirty halls and walls, no matter that the rooms were clean and the attention was excellent, the exterior appearance and the corridors were bad. The room was not as showed in the picture and the view was to a wall from another building. No what I expected for what I paid and for what was offered.

On the day of check-in, I was required to deposit VND 500,000 and to print a deposit invoice but there was no confirmation from the hotel (according to my experience at other hotels, they will have a confirmation of collection). deposit to customers), my staff checked-in for me very politely and properly. Until check-out, the procedure for me is a friend of another staff. This friend gave me her ID card and told me the check-out procedure is complete. By now I have forgotten to pay VND 500,000, and have prepared to leave the hotel. Fortunately my companion reminded me that I could go back and get my deposit back. I have noticed that the file of the ID card holds the deposit receipt from the customer. So when I get the identity card for me certainly there is no problem not forgetting to return customers deposit but because of dishonest staff. The employee did not seem to have forgotten that when I mentioned this, he did not apologize for his mistake. You quickly return the deposit as if you know I will return to the request. * According to experience from my companion who has fallen into this case 1 time, once forgot to take back the deposit and the other hotel was silent. My case if not prompted would have cost me 500k already. So I recommend that everyone at the cititel hotel do not forget to get their deposit back.
