1. They are very biased towards foreigners, prioritizing service to foreign guests and ignoring Vietnamese guests. I requested early check-in because I arrived at 6 am and was willing to pay extra. Because the hotel said there were no rooms available, I waited until 2 pm and even fell asleep on the sofa, but no staff member apologized for not being able to assist me or informed me about the room availability while I waited. Their attitude towards me was terrible, while they were very welcoming to Western guests. 2. There is no Wi-Fi on the 10th floor (extremely weak from the 3rd floor onwards) and the water pressure is also very weak. 3. I rented a motorbike at the hotel but kept being given a broken helmet. When I asked, they said I had to put the helmet in the motorbike's storage compartment, as the hotel was not responsible for this. 4. I brought my laundry downstairs (without a plastic bag) and the hotel said they couldn't wash it before 4 pm and told me to go to another shop. They didn't even offer a plastic bag to hold my belongings, even though I was bending over, and only gave it to me when I asked? 90% of the problems stem from the hotel's front desk staff, resulting in a frustrating experience for me.
