The room was as expected. Clean and spacious. It was cleaned every 2nd day. The hotel facilities are sparse. The location is perfect with only few minutes of walking to the BTS. Friendly and helpful staff.

Hot and cold water indicator color is wrong, you need to turn to blue for hot water, turn red for cold water, not aure if everything room get the same problem.

nice hotel. Very near to Phrom Phong BTS, and restaurants. I booked triple room but the hotel upgraded to 2 bedrooms, thanks!! Nice decoration of hotel room. it is suitable for family. We enjoyed staying there.

Get a room upgrade to a deluxe room, very good, new, clean, fragrant, very good location, easy walk to EmQuartier mall
