Breakfast was delicious, all the rooms were clean and comfortable. The heated pool was great, the kids loved it and will be back.

Happy to stay in here. I like it because in the suite there are many mirrors haha and there is a dispenser, then there are 3 TVs. In the bathroom there is also a TV. The food is also delicious. The staff is friendly. The only drawback is 1, the sofa in front of the elevator on the 3rd floor is wet, I don't understand why the swimmers are sitting there, huh? Waiting for the elevator? Then the elevator is also a bit muddy so it smells like swimming pool water The muddy elevator happened when I wanted to have breakfast and finished breakfast, around 9-10 am. Thank you yah.

The hotel is very close to Jl. Braga, very strategic because it is located in the city center. The entrance is not too difficult to find, there is a cafe with live music, and there is a shop selling runner's equipment. The parking lot is a bit small, but with the assistance of a parking service, it is easy to park the car. Breakfast is quite good, the food variety is sufficient. The swimming pool is not too big, but it is pleasant to swim when it is not crowded. Overall, the experience was quite good, thank you.

Good experience! What a beautiful holiday

We booked 6 rooms for 1 night, upon check in there was a slight delay from the hotel, 3 rooms were not ready. As a form of apology, the hotel sent 3 large pans of pizza to the room. The strategic location on Jalan Braga so the kids can walk around on their own as much as they want, plus the hotel provides free bicycles for borrowing, so the kids can ride around, but unfortunately there are only 2 available bicycles because the others are being repaired. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is varied, the swimming pool is quite large, the staff is friendly and helpful.
