staying here with my 2 kids, they are very happy with the pool, playgrounds (outdoor & indoor). we enjoy our staycation here. will surely come back again later!

The hotel facilities, especially the rooms, have bath bombs that you don't need to bring from home, and of course, I think the breakfast is very complete, especially if you bring children😍

Stay when Eid Mubarak and we got a complimentary snack. Room was spacious but near the bar, song from the bar was too loud. Breakfast was okay but not for the dim sum.

We had an amazing family stay at JHL Solitaire Gading Serpong—it truly feels like a luxury playground for kids and parents! The kids club activities were super fun, from cupcake decorating and coloring to the exciting aqua spa experience just for children. Everything was well-organized and family-friendly, and my kids are already asking when we can come back again!
