The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. There are many shops and amenities nearby. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I accidentally left my bag behind after checking out. I called the hotel and the staff helped me send it to the airport. I am very grateful for the enthusiastic assistance of all the hotel staff, especially the male receptionist who helped me send my bag to the airport that day.

No water in the room, charged extra 10.000 VND for 1 bottle of water at the reception.

Everything was fine except it was too noisy, the soundproofing was terrible, and some machine in the atrium was making a loud clanking sound. You could clearly hear footsteps in the hallway.

The facilities are suitable for the price. When I mistakenly booked 2 nights, the staff enthusiastically supported me in canceling one night.

Everything was fine. Friendly staff. My room was clean and had everything I needed. However, there was no window so it was a bit stuffy. The hotel is close to the airport and there are many dining options nearby. In terms of price/quality, it is completely reasonable.

The room is quite ok, the location is near the airport. Very convenient. The staff and owner are nice. I really like the bathroom and toilet. But the bed sheets and some furniture have not been cleaned, a bit dusty. The rest is ok, the price is reasonable.
