The lady at the concierge is nasty, answering phone calls and yelling on the top of her lungs while doing the check in process. The room smells cigarette smoke, the lady with a thick eyebrows at the breakfast room looks like will eat you alive, damn this hotel/resort needs to be trained how hotel etiquette is. Poor management all in all to be honest.

The room is very musty. There's a lot of sand on the ground. The blanket was musty. The wifi can't be connected. The refrigerator was not cold and there was no doormat. The blanket had a bite mark on it. Oh, what a waste of money.

Dirty, incomplete amenities, clogged toilet, water dripping from the air conditioner. I came with a disabled person and asked if I could have breakfast in my room, but they wouldn't let me.

We only stayed for one night and it was a last-minute decision. The room was very comfortable, spacious, and at a very affordable! The room was also clean and had a water heater. If you order food online, it can be delivered right to your room. A tip: booking through app will be cheaper than Walk in booking 😋.

สภาพที่พักไม่ได้เลย ไม่สะอาดมากๆ ห้องก็พัง มีกลิ่นอับ แก้วน้ำก็มีกลิ่นอับ ตู้เย็นมีแต่คราบ ผ้าห่มก็เปื้อนคราบเลือด จะเปลี่ยนห้องก็ไม่มีห้องให้เปลี่ยน ไม่โอเครมากๆๆ น้ำก็ไหล่จากเพดาน แย่มาก

This place was perfect for family or friends but wasn't for couples. I don't like room when we stayed that hotel because I have many bag and my bag was heavy but I don't understood why staff at the reception gave us to stay last building and second floors it was very far. However the room wasn't clean and old. I don't like it. I hope in the future they can amended it. I won't come back.

We stayed in a room where there were lots of mosquitos inside. Especially on the toilet. We can't sleep well because of that. So we decided to check out the night before our schedule, and upon check out our 500 baht deposit was deducted by 200 baht because our bedsheets had dirt/stain. Which I believe that it could be removed by a bleach. But anyways, we didn't argue about it anymore. At least, now we know. Thanks, anyways.

รู้สึกไม่สงบ เสียงดังจากห้องอื่นได้ยินหมด ที่ไม่ประทับใจคือเข้าห้องได้ประมาน ชม. เราทำธุระอยู่มีคนเคาะห้องแล้วเปิดเข้ามา บอกมาดูตู้เย็น คืองง ห้องไม่พร้อมไม่ควรให้ลูกค้าเข้านะคะ สรุปคือฝาตู้เย็นหลุด คือเข้าใจราคานัคะว่าไม่แพง แต่ที่อื่นเขาดูดีเกินราคามากค่ะ ไครจะมาพักที่นี่ ไม่แนะนำค่ะ🙄

The rooms are good and clean, and the breakfast was okay. The worst part was the reception staff; two ladies were very rude, and it made me feel like changing the hotel. Otherwise, the ambiance was good.

I have to wait over an hour+ for check-in my room. The room so dirty. Garbage on the floor. The bedsheet looks dirty, as if it hasn't been changed. I will not come here again.

The rooms are beautiful, the swimming pool is closed late at night.

Very unprofessional staff, and old room, they need lots of improvement, when we asked the receipt of deposit she blaming in thai language. Bathroom is not neat. Very sad to stay here.
