Standard, location far from crowded places

Kamar luas, AC oke, tidak bau rokok, air oke, yang tidak oke adalah kotor dan furnitur rusak.

The bathroom smells, there is no smoking room, the blower smoking makes noise. There is no place for breakfast / breakfast to be delivered to the room, which we definitely chose the wrong hotel in Bontang.

No wifi, they said the provider cut the connection because they have not paid the bill 🤣

The hotel VIP room is veery spacious. For business traveller such as myself, more room lighting would be helpful to do reading and computer works. The cooked foods in the hotel are suprisingly excellent for breakfast, lunch and dinner. During my 4 -day stays, I had almost tasted at least half of the ala carte available menu. A small mini market or convinience store would be nice for staying guests and a small minivan to bring the guest to downtown Bontang city for quick tour & local snacks./ souvenirs shopping would be a great for the guests to have lunch / dinner of local delicacies.

The hotel needs improve a lot. I stayed 3 days 2 nights. For business trips in the VIP room but the facilities are not comparable. No fridge, no water heater, room lights not working. AC not functioning. I even moved rooms. It turns out all the same. Book a room including breakfast but no breakfast facilities. Carpet in the room also needs to be vacuumed, door access to the garden also can not be opened, dear bgt. Though the place is spacious and the view of the greenery is also OK. But there is no maintenance. Really-really need improve

Room was Big all right. First given Guest House room 1, unfortunately access door to terrace could be locked. Who will stay wit unlocked door in a room with door unlocked to open yard. Then moved to room #3, no hot water even shower has been flowing more than 15 minutes. Mattress was very hard and pillows really uncomfortable. Nest morning when asked for breakfast only given the choice of Nasi Goreng or Mie Goreng or toast with egg. Paid Rp.622,000 for that kind of stay. Total disappointment.

Breakfast less representative, kuat a bit friench rice or bread. Ridiculous when saw it's star grade.

Deserted, the phone can not be used, the bed is small, want to find a meal away, great for large family groups ..

Homey deh, great for busy-busy holiday with friends.
