The staff are all friendly, the hotel is very comfortable.

The Wi-Fi is slow, and the parking lot isn't spacious enough. Hopefully, things will improve in the future. Amen.

The room was nice, comfortable, and clean. The location is strategic, close to everything, and there are many cafes and restaurants nearby. The breakfast wasn't very fresh; the watermelon tasted different, and the gomak noodles didn't taste freshly made. Maybe the food can be improved next time.

A hotel with a swimming pool with the most absurd and eccentric design. The bottom of the pool is transparent and visible from the lobby, making it impossible to see through your bikini bottoms. Hopefully, the bottom will be covered so it's not transparent. It's really weird because it makes swimming uncomfortable. The mattresses are uncomfortable because they're two mattresses combined, and the bedcovers aren't very clean, with some dry stains. Otherwise, it's okay.

I booked the presidential suite room. This hotel is really dirty. Specifically the bed. OMG, the pillows and pillow covers are really dirty. Also, there are blood stains on the bed and a lot of stains on the bedding. I called them to change it, but he said the hotel doesn't have another one. I do not recommend this hotel.
