My first time staying here was due to a power outage across Riau. I deliberately chose the most expensive room for comfort, as I was bringing a baby. It turned out the AC in the room was out until 12:00, and the AC repairmen were still working. The baby couldn't sleep because of the heat and the noise from the repairmen.

The most comfortable resting place for us on a long journey of almost 200 km to our destination, after that we played at the mall to refresh 👏👏👏. Thank you.

The cleanliness of the mattresses and blankets needs to be maintained. I asked for the blankets to be replaced twice because they were dirty. The staff was quite helpful. The condition of the rooms and hallways needs updating.

Each room only has 2 beds. So when you are with your partner you have to move the beds to make one bed.

So far so good, the AC is cold, the bed is soft, the bathroom is clean, it's really worth it to stay here.

Suggestion: If guests haven't checked out, hotel staff should not enter the room. Even if they want to clean it, at least knock on the door first.

On our last visit here, there was damage to the water pipe which caused clean water to be unavailable for 2 days. The hotel provided compensation in the form of clean water and hot water, using refillable bottled water, but there was still a slight problem pouring water from the bottle into the bucket.
