When I first arrived, the room was dusty everywhere, even trash under the bed, behind the door was full of holes, the ceiling was full of moss, worms, mosquitoes, and flies. The worst part was, the sheets and pillowcases hadn't been washed, they were still dirty and the smell of sweat and body odor was still stuck there. The toilet, oh my, was moldy and the smell of urine was emanating from it. Plus, the staff were unfriendly. Every time I talked to them or asked something, they got angry, their tone was sarcastic, and their words were unpleasant to hear. Their signature words when asked or complained were, "I'll fix it later so I don't have to ask so many questions, so I don't have to knock at night, if I keep asking, I'll get a headache." It's simple, if the staff were communicative and the room was clean, people wouldn't ask questions or ask for help. After all, guests pay, not just to sleep for free. I got a price of 1 million for 4 nights, and I don't know if this is considered cheap or what. But even if it was cheap, the service shouldn't be like that. From the first room we asked to move rooms even though it was accepted but the staff was still sarcastically and scolded first. But it was okay, I didn't have the energy to deal with him. Moving to the second room, honestly the condition of the room was not much different from the first, even the worms in the bathroom were even more, but I didn't have the energy to complain because I was lazy to listen to the staff's nagging, so we just kept quiet while hoping to quickly check out. It should have been a vacation to please my parents, but instead we got such an unpleasant experience.
