When I first arrived, the room was dusty everywhere, even trash under the bed, behind the door was full of holes, the ceiling was full of moss, worms, mosquitoes, and flies. The worst part was, the sheets and pillowcases hadn't been washed, they were still dirty and the smell of sweat and body odor was still stuck there. The toilet, oh my, was moldy and the smell of urine was emanating from it. Plus, the staff were unfriendly. Every time I talked to them or asked something, they got angry, their tone was sarcastic, and their words were unpleasant to hear. Their signature words when asked or complained were, "I'll fix it later so I don't have to ask so many questions, so I don't have to knock at night, if I keep asking, I'll get a headache." It's simple, if the staff were communicative and the room was clean, people wouldn't ask questions or ask for help. After all, guests pay, not just to sleep for free. I got a price of 1 million for 4 nights, and I don't know if this is considered cheap or what. But even if it was cheap, the service shouldn't be like that. From the first room we asked to move rooms even though it was accepted but the staff was still sarcastically and scolded first. But it was okay, I didn't have the energy to deal with him. Moving to the second room, honestly the condition of the room was not much different from the first, even the worms in the bathroom were even more, but I didn't have the energy to complain because I was lazy to listen to the staff's nagging, so we just kept quiet while hoping to quickly check out. It should have been a vacation to please my parents, but instead we got such an unpleasant experience.

The smell of garbage from the attack was smelled all the way to the inn, but when I closed the room door I couldn't smell it.

The room was very dirty, there were lots of small worms in the toilet. The AC wasn't cold, and there were bed bugs that made my hands and feet rash.

Fairly in line with the budget allocated.

The mattress is full of bed bugs, the bathroom is dirty, not recommended.

Bath towels are not provided, the mcb ac is turned off, so the room is hot, there is no soap for bathing,

Nothing I like, never stop here. From any angle I try to find kindness, what a shameful hospitality. His brain is negative and cynical, I came with my wife and wanted to pick up the children, so before I decided to take a short break here after the FGD activity in Sanur, what the hell, they might think they want to be perverted. Room was newly cleaned when it arrived. Immediately I stayed and didn't stay overnight. Didn't want to serve but the money was taken. I hope your healthy stomach eats money which you don't provide service.

The room did not match the one pictured, the toilet was dirty, the room was dirty. Not recommended for those who invite gender friends. This should be written in the description. This guest house is the worst one throughout my online hotel booking.

Rooms feel classic. In the room complete with a dressing table with a large glass, a small cupboard is on either side of the bed complete with a bed lamp unit above and a medium cupboard without hangers to store things. There is AC and TV that works well. The bathroom was clean with hot and cold shower, but the spray was a bit weak and I didn't see toiletries provided. Provided towels and clothes drying in the bathroom. Outside the rooms there are plenty of chairs and tables for relaxing. At night, it's good to turn on the lights outside the room. The swimming pool is on the inside of the inn, my room happened to be quite close to the pool, but had not had time to swim. Next definitely come here again. It's really disappointing, the rooms don't fit the photos, I'm really sorry to stay here, the construction on the side is very disturbing, it smells really bad, the atmosphere is uncomfortable. Anyway, it's not really here. 😟
