I want a refund because I can't check in... this hotel doesn't exist and is bankrupt.

Keadaan bilik usang, banyak kipas.

Upon check-in I was not informed how to check-out before 9am.

It 's OK to stay here. Comfortable with a big family. Everything is OK but TV in my room is not function. 😀.

Too much cockroach in the room. Please check before rent to guest. Thank you.

1St of all there was no parking available to you. You need to find your own park. If you come back late from dinner might probably get parking far away from the lobby enterance. 2nd swimming pool need to booked earlier. Need to wear a swimming suit. Other than dat all OK. Just please change for new towel. Its quite old already.

Had a pleasant night. Parking senang, beautiful view especially at night, ada convenience store di bawah dan depan bangunan, di tengah-tengah bandar. Aircond tak berapa sejuk tapi ada kipas. Pasang dua-dua sekali baru rasa sejuk. Has fridge, microwave, induction cooker, periuk belanga, sabun basuh pinggan. Mesin basuh je takdak 😆 siaran tv tak berapa ada tapi kalau ada pun, tak tengok tv jugak. Kolam takdan p sebab bangun lewat, overall ok je, will repeat this stay again in the future

2nd time staying here..overall ok just hope the apartment provides cleaning tools such as brooms that want to tidy up..what's wrong, my type of mcm where to enter mcm that I also leave when leaving, jd cleaning work is a little easy..for my deposit byrn satisfied, ms check out then settle, xpyh bnk in2 mcm before this..the rest are all the best.

Not clean all ok but ad mslh living room dust n bed bugs bwh yes.

Koto toilet, a lot of room in the room, kocik toilet, swimming pool I wear swimwear if private xpe la, ni open haih.

Overall the apartment was comfortable, the swimming pool was ok but I was about to claim a deposit, I promised to transfer but I was more aware of the progress, we were busy here and there to ask for a refund of our money back to charity, first time bad experience throughout make a reservation through the authorization, but I can not refund it many times .. please contact the management, byr csh je lh cust check out for xde issue, later if cust review is bad, effect jugak, other2, very good and satisfied about payment je la Here's a review.

The toilet is not clean, the hot water is not alive, lacks cleanliness of the apartement hallway.

You need to change the rules...make it simple... some people don’t have swimming suit...for me it’s okay if use shirt like football jersy... or use underwear for non muslim if they want...I’m not staying here anymore in the future if I can’t enjoy the pool...

Very satisfied staying..everything in good condition, clean & complete like staying at own house.
