I checked in on 10/24/2018 and checked out on 27/10/2018. One Bengkulu hotel employee has given photos of my personal identity via WhatsApp to others. The hotel should be able to keep data of guests staying overnight. When I asked for an explanation of the incident, the hotel promised to provide clarification when I checked out, but after waiting until night, there was no call from the hotel. On 28/10/2018 I returned to the staff at the Bengkulu hotel, and asked for an explanation, but the hotel manager was not in place. For this incident I was greatly disadvantaged because after my identity was given to someone, at that time I experienced an unpleasant act in front of the Bengkulu hotel, I was almost beaten by someone. I hope that those who give my identity, get firm action / sanctions from Bengkulu hotel management, if necessary lay off, because they cannot maintain the confidentiality of the data of guests staying at the hotel.
