The menu is varied, and the most impressive thing is the all-you-can-eat tuna curry. The environment is beautiful and close to everything. One thing, perhaps the shower could be replaced with a new one so the water flow is strong enough for bathing.

I just found out that there is a really kids-friendly hotel in Pelabuhan Ratu. My next trip will be a staycation at Karang Sari again. Everything is great, the most important thing is that check-in/out is not complicated👌🥰

My husband and I stayed for two nights. The hotel parking was problematic. Rooms on the roadside should have priority parking in front of their rooms. And please pay close attention to the room facilities. I think all 3-star rooms have hot water, our room only had cold water. Other than that, the room was quite clean and the staff was quite helpful and friendly. Hopefully it will be better.

The receptionist was not very friendly, when checking in she seemed rushed and not thorough. Next time, please check everything first and make sure the room is ready or when I arrived at half past 4 the room was not ready and I was asked to pay in a hurry. She seemed unprofessional.

The hotel is comfortable and the staff is friendly, but one thing I have to say is that the room's WiFi often experiences errors.

If you go to the sea, you still have to cross and walk 800m, the food is standard, there is a cafe inside the hotel, the price is still okay, the swimming pool is relatively small, the room is really okay, can accommodate 6 people, so homey.

This hotel's cleanliness score is 9, but unfortunately the facilities are lacking, the price is 900 without a refrigerator, in my opinion it's a bit expensive, the food is simple but delicious, a little suggestion for swimming, tires should be a facility, so you don't have to pay 😁😁
