The place is very comfortable, close to the station.

The hotel is called Grey House. I recommend staying here. (+) Quiet atmosphere. No noise from outside. Cold AC, water heater works well. (-) Thin blankets, bed sheets, pillowcases, and towels need to be replaced. Look for a place to eat a little further away.

I stayed at room 202, the AC was broken and not cold at all and the AC was old so I had to rejuvenate the AC for comfort.
