Room was not cleaned properly. Dust everywhere whenever the ceiling fan is on. Used soap from previous tenant was not disposed. Where is the SOP for cleaning during this pandemic?

The hotel / premises management needs a lot of improvements to ensure the comfort and safety of the guests.

Bilik luas tapi kurang selesa dengan perabot dan tilam lama. Kesan dinding rosak tidak dibaiki. Tiada air botol disediakan.

The hotel staff was okay. But the room was dusty, it was a bunch of beds under the table / closet.

Huge room for two person. Enough space to perform solat. There was an ironing board in the room. Upon checked in, they will offer you prayer mat and iron. Hotel was in front of the beach. But you can't swim in the beach. Clean room. Old tv but they got clear channels. Friendly staff. They will request RM50 for deposit and returned it during checking out. We requested for queen bed type during booking the hotel through traveloka but they gave us 2 single bed room. Hopefully the hotel can fulfilled what is written in the booking system. Thank you.

We rent 3 rooms (1 double, 2 tripple) Best location. Big room. Friendly staff. Very clean. Ample parking. Cold AC. But hotel need refurbish. Hotel should prepare the room as requested. We book the room a month plus earlier, but the room was not as requested.

Rooms are comfortable but need improvement on the shower. Stay in 2 different room both also got problem.

Spacious room is close to the beach.
