Check-in time is not flexible, must be according to the schedule at 14.00, quite disappointing for the rules.

The room's AC is not cold, the lobby area and stairs are dirty, there is KFC sauce sachet rubbish and dust under the mattress, when I wake up I feel itchy from the mattress

The hotel staff are all friendly. The room is okay, worth it for that price, but the AC is not cold enough in the room I stayed in. At first it was like that, I asked to change rooms and the staff was friendly and allowed it, but the room I changed to was also the same :( Mines there, and with the water heater I didn't get it even though the guy said there was one. It's okay, overall everything is okay. In the future everything will be fixed okay^^ And one more thing! I couldn't sleep because there was a noisy guest. I don't know for sure whether it's a guest or not, but it was disturbing all night going back and forth between the 2nd & 3rd floors, but the sandals were stomping, the door was also closing really loudly, it's too much. Hopefully, guests will be reminded to respect each other. Thankiesss! For all 7.5/10. And the fried rice is delicious!

Friendly staff and good service

My family and I from Papua stayed in a Family Room for four. We thought the cheap price would mean we'd get just about everything, but it turned out not to be the case! The room we got was exactly what we booked. Air-conditioned, full Wi-Fi, water heater, friendly staff, and a very strategic location, close to everything, even within walking distance to Monas, Gambir, Tanah Abang Market, and the nearest Transjakarta bus stop. Most importantly, there are many food stalls around the hotel. Contact the admin after booking the room so they can arrange it according to your needs, don't get one on the fourth floor (stairs only), poor parents. Overall 9.7/10. Thumbs up!

Got poor service when asking about the bathroom water which was not strong enough and there was no water heater.

Good place and accessible from everywhere.

The room is separate from the RCP, the lights are a bit dim, there are lots of ants on the TV, the shower is tilted, the mat is not absorbent so it makes it slippery.

I supposed to check out on Nov. 8 but I checked out on Nov. 7 2024 I asked for refund but it can not. As per receptionist because I'm checked out late at around 7pm so it goes already counted as of Nov. 8 which to me at 7pm on Nov. 7 not even reaching Nov. 8. I wasted my money for 1 more day.

Given a room that does not match the family room. After negotiating, finally given a family room like the one in the app. This kind of service must be maintained because what is offered in the app's photo is in accordance with customer expectations.

Kamarnya sempit, pelayanannya kurang memuaskan

AC kurang dingin, sudah di bantu setel oleh Room Service tetap kurang dingin. Ditawarkan pindah ke lain kamar, hanya kamar tersebut sepertinya jarang terpakai, lembab dan suasana kamar sedikit horor. Akhirnya tetap di kamar semula. Overall hanya AC saja kekurangannya, yang lainnya cukup bagus 👍

TV has not many channels because there is no signal. No dry tissue available. Hot shower is there. I ordered a room with 2 large beds, there are lights that can't be turned off so you sleep.

The room is dirty as well as the bathroom is not recommended.
