Clean, neat, fragrant, good, nice.

Does not match the picture and description, the room given is very small, the size of the room is only around 15-20Cm, the air conditioner is not cold.

The rooms do not match the photos and are described, in the application it is written that the room area is 120m, in fact it is very small, maybe around 18 or 20m. In the photo it also seems like there is a living room with a long sofa and table, in fact there are only chairs. 2. AC is not cold, and there is no water heater.

Booking on weekdays the price is 'comfortable' in the wallet 200 thousand, another apt 250-300 thousand • The size of the room turned out to be a king size mattress also • Available soap, shampoo and clean & fragrant towels> not used by others • Filling special requests for booking sheets (stove) to be able to cook instant noodles, responded by the owner by providing a stove in the room || Overall as desired & will return to stay here 😁👍

The room is different from the one in the picture there is no stove. the chair was peeling. Similar boarding-boarding prices 1. 7 million oer month in Central Jakarta. Forced to move to another Unit (different owner) the same price turned out to be more wow room. the advantages are clean toilet.

Twice the power went out, info because there was a shorting on the bathroom exhaust. Finally I was moved to another room which unfortunately when I entered the room smelled of cigarette smoke. For others it's pretty decent.

I as a person who has been working for 9 years at the hotel I think okay okay, all in my opinion is almost complete, cma there is one thing that I think is most important in every inn that is WiFi, etc. WiFi is not available and the signal is also lacking very nice. Very very crucial signal problems in this era. my suggestion is better, just increase the speed to add WiFi facilities, and when checking the curtains it is better to just close it to minimize the dust that still exists in the room, because during the daytime very thick dust is seen. see very thick dust.

Minus: - room key 1533 is hard to pull out after locking and the air conditioner is not cold (if it can be fixed soon) overall Overall, I recommended services and facilities at Diamond Mares 3. The position of the apartment is strategically close to the mall, just walk to the mall. The strategic location of the room is also in front of the elevator. There is a refrigerator and dispenser that has full water contents. Tissue is also full. This is really okay. Comfortable room, cold AC. It's just that the sheets are not neat, tangled, it's better to be replaced every time someone enters if it's like that, so it doesn't seem to have been replaced. But overall this is really okay!

The room is clean enough + amenities (soap, towels and toothbrush) are provided - the management is stiff and less responsive, can't check out late, even though it's only 15-20min, there is no standby staff so have to wait around 5-15min to get the key, the unit rental price does not include parking, so consider the additional parking fee of around 50 thousand / night.
