hotel was fully booked and relocated to another hotel over a kilometer away. put into a family room for 4 pax. fortunately they provided the transportation

The male receptionist is not friendly, the female staff is ok. The hotel does not charge extra for staying 1 hour, I have stayed here 3 times and found it quite ok. Good location, full facilities. The room is cleaned every day and especially the room is quite quiet, good soundproofing.
