The room does not match the photo in the application. Got a room on the 1st floor, bad signal but luckily the wifi works quite well. The first night I got room 111, the toilet flush didn't work, the pillowcase sheets looked poorly maintained, the bathroom was not maintained, there was a lot of crust and the shower handle also leaked water everywhere, there was a refrigerator, the AC was okay, the TV was okay, the bed was quite comfortable and not itchy . Reported to security early in the morning and we asked to be moved to another room, okay security said it would be moved to a room on the 2nd floor. Eh, at night until the hotel, it turned out that the room was not given a move, even the old room had not been cleaned, it was still a mess, the staff was not friendly, it seemed like they were angry and blaming us even though it was true that the toilet flush didn't work when pressed. Finally the second night moved to room 109, it was even worse, the toilet flush was okay but the bathroom had more dirty crust and lots of really bad insects, the bed was dirtier and itchy, the air conditioner wasn't cold either! Hot water in the room doesn't work at all! The review is in the 8.4 application, but unfortunately it doesn't match the reality, it's not recommended. Hopefully in the future there will be improvements from the hotel, thank you.
