The location is close to Jalan Alor and the Bukit Bintang tourist area, and is still quite accessible on foot. This apart-hotel could be a good option if you want a comfortable space to rest but not as expensive as 5-star or 4-star hotels there. However, unfortunately, the condition of the room seems to depend on the unit you get. I happened to get a rather dirty one with insects in the bathroom.

Sorry, I didn't end up staying here. It's quite far away. Public transportation is also quite a distance away. And it's non-refundable. In the end, it was forfeited. 😂😂😂😂

Friendly staff, access to culinary and entertainment locations is quite close and there are many variations of food menus in the surrounding cafes and restaurants.

Unit on the 35th floor, south tower. A little noisy from the train. The unit is clean and dust-free. The only thing is the towels have a few stains and the microwave smells, maybe they forgot to clean it. But I'll still come back here.

The female staff are very friendly, the environment is safe and there are places to eat nearby, there is a minimarket ATM too, to Bukit Bintang can walk 15-20 minutes a bit far, to Alor is quite close, near Pudu Central which from KLIA airport can take a bus to get off at Pudu.. the room is quite clean and complete kitchen equipment, there is a washing machine also complete with detergent.. The only downside yesterday was the elevator smelled of urine, overall everything is okay

The room is quite spacious. But the kitchen equipment is incomplete. There is no rice cooker. And there is no water dispenser. The swimming pool is large, but you have to wear a swimsuit. Yesterday, my child was wearing regular clothes and was told to stop swimming. It was annoying. The gym equipment is quite complete but the space is very cramped. Oh, for Indonesians, don't forget to bring an Indonesian plug because the room uses a 3-pin plug and there is no connection provided for those of us with a 2-pin plug (as in the photo).

Dirty .. a lot of hair on the floor... from living room to bath room. Used tissue stick on the floor in the toilet. No tissue, no towel. the sofa is also not clean.

This is the 4th time I've stayed here and if I go to KL I'll definitely come back again.

Close to city center, clean and spacious

We had few issues regarding room facility but the staffs are very responsive and helpful.

Room was clean, has all the facility include kitchen set tools for the cooking, microwave, has a washing machine, and a nice big the pool. But downside was the reception staff was available until 9 AM, while the guest who wanted to check out early in the morning had trouble to get the deposit money

The apartment is nice and easy to get around. You can also find food just by going downstairs and having instant access to food.

It's quite good for families, highly recommended. Bukit Bintang is quite far away, but the area is quite strategic, so it's suitable for a family holiday.

The hotel staff is friendly and punctual.

Got stuck for 1 night in a room with a bed full of bed bugs, bitten and bumpy, as a result couldn't sleep, the next day at 11 o'clock we moved rooms, helped by the Maple staff, thank you.

There were no towels, only 1 towel was given during a 2-day stay. Asking for towels was always delayed.

Great location, the room is clean and complete, good service from staff. Check in and check out very fast and simple.
