The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful when I asked for a room upgrade. The atmosphere is comfortable and peaceful, and the area is quiet. The interior is beautiful. The food is also delicious. It's suitable for families and those with babies.

First time to have staycation here and definitely will come back, the hotel ambience is good, perfect size of room and very clean… Very satisfied with my first experience and next I’ll try the restaurant also 😊

(+) Friendly hotel staff, quite satisfying for 1 night stay. Very spacious room and complete facilities. Super sophisticated smart TV to order food, no need for paper menu on the table. Safe and comfortable to bring baby
(-) Parking has no air circulation, very stuffy and access to the lobby must go up and down stairs, access to Alfa/Indomart is quite far.

There is no Entry Barrier, no Trash Can but the receptionist is willing to leave trash, the swimming pool is quite good but no towels are provided, the bathroom is also locked. There is not much variety for breakfast, even for rice, oh my, I have no appetite so the side dishes are really minimal 🤣🤣. Actually for a hotel price of around 900 thousand, I give it a score of 4, sorry. But I give the stars above which are quite good so that your business can continue to exist.

Staff are friendly especially front desk. But needs more work with the bathrooms. Found few mosquitoes inside the bedroom. Overall Veranda is a nice places for family staycations.

I was there by 14:00 pm but the room not ready yet, coming back and forward to the reception until several time but the room not ready yet until 16:00. The room is ready around 18:00, how inconvenient. No complimentary, only sorry, even when I was there to check out only have one staff in the front desk. Need more hospitality staff and how to make people satisfaction. Even the location was very good, but the staff need more people and get trained about how to handle about customer satisfaction.
