everything was fine, the first time I came here, the staff was friendly, the facilities and services were very good, only the shuttle bus scheduled to pick me up too early, when I arrived I had to wait 1 hour or 2 hours for the bus to leave, and the driver didn't call me when he arrived, making me wait for a long time, a while later I called and found out the bus had arrived! I will come back a second time to experience all the other facilities

The hotel has clean rooms and toilets, with basic amenities, friendly staff, and quick procedures. The hotel is right in front of the back beach, located on the main road of the back beach, with a beautiful sea view, convenient for moving to the center. There is a gym, rooftop swimming pool. Breakfast is delicious, rich and diverse. Especially, there is a 2-way shuttle service from SG to VT and vice versa. If I have the opportunity to go to VT, I will choose Vias again.

Not happy at first with the experience of picking up and dropping off between the hotel and traveloka, there was no clear responsibility between contacting to transport guests, and receiving a response that guests had to contact the hotel themselves. Sent an email to traveloka and received no response about the above situation. The room is relatively spacious. Clean. Minibar does not refill drinks and snacks... Poor soundproofing. There is a pillow rental service. Play billiards and ride bicycles for free. The infinity pool is relatively large. Nice view. Delicious breakfast buffet. Serves many dishes, mainly Vietnamese food.

The hotel has good service. Thank you to all the staff for supporting and bringing joy, comfort and enjoyment to customers. I have a small suggestion about the inconvenience of the motorbike parking lot. In addition, 10 points for the hotel and staff are not available. I will choose the hotel as a stop for the next time I visit Vung Tau. Finally, I sincerely thank the dedicated, enthusiastic and thoughtful staff for bringing good experiences to me and my relatives.
