A fantastic experience at the hotel, the biggest plus being the stunning infinity pool.

Staffs were friendly. Happy with the free transportation from HCMC to the hotel. A wonderful place to visit.

The swimming pool was very inconvenient. We arrived at 3 PM, but the wind had already made the pool cold, making it impossible to swim even though it was very sunny.

The place was clean and fragrant, the service was friendly, and the breakfast was the most impressive. If I have the chance to visit Vung Tau again, I will definitely come back.

Dad and the whole family went on a trip. I chose it because of the comfortable atmosphere.

The hotel is beautiful and has a varied breakfast; however, it would be even better if there was a kids' club and a DJ on the rooftop in the evenings – that would be more relaxing.

The hotel faces the beach, the rooms are nice, and the breakfast is delicious; however, it lacks a kids' club like other 5-star hotels.

The staff were enthusiastic, but the room was too dark, lacked natural light, and had extremely poor soundproofing. I was taking a nap and it was too noisy; I could hear everyone talking outside the door.

Breakfast buffet: delicious, flavorful, with a wide variety of dishes from Asian to European cuisine. Amenities: fully equipped with an infinity pool, gym, beauty services, and a kids' club. I rented an Ocean view room with a balcony: very clean, comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well.

The staff were very friendly and dedicated to customers. I am very satisfied.

Even though I only stayed for a short 1-2 days at VIAS Hotel Vung Tau, the feeling was so peaceful and warm. Looking out from the high-floor window at the sparsely populated streets, the friendly greetings, and the attentive and dedicated service from our supervisor, Trong Tai, and all the restaurant and kitchen staff, all reminded me of Saigon 30 years ago. It was a very familiar and precious feeling 💐 Thank you so much to everyone ❤️

Arrived on September 2nd, got to watch fireworks on the 17th floor, infinity pool. Beautiful sea view with sunrise.

The room is clean, the hotel is facing the clean sea, the breakfast is also delicious with many dishes, the hotel gives birthday cakes to passengers. However, I would like to add a few more points, I stayed for 2 days and the breakfast for 2 days was the same, from the liquid to the dry dishes so it was a bit boring, the hotel is 5 stars but the room decoration is a bit minimalist, the toilet has no trash bag, it feels not clean. Maybe they want to protect the environment but there are also types of biodegradable plastic bags, the hotel should equip more. The children's play area is located outside the hotel, so it feels a bit dusty and dirty, when it rains it gets wet.
