I stayed there on the 4th-5th of Tet (Lunar New Year) and it was really bad. The bedsheets were dusty, there was hair on the headboard, and the bedsheets had red stains that I couldn't tell if it was feces or just red. The hotel bathroom was dirty, and although the room had a balcony, it wasn't cleaned and was incredibly filthy. One of the towels I received was left on the toilet. The hotel had no water, and when I asked the reception for water to brush my teeth and wash dishes, they irresponsibly said they wouldn't handle it. I had to go down and ask for filtered water myself. The breakfast buffet had few options. At 2.3 million VND per room per night, it was too expensive and terrible. 1 star.

The room was exactly as beautiful as it appeared on the app. It was clean, and the staff were enthusiastic. There was parking available. My room on the 7th floor had a view of the city center square. The breakfast was a bit disappointing. The water was cut off on the last day.

Room 1003 under the kitchen, too noisy.

The hotel looks one way in the pictures, but another way when you get there, not worth the money at all. The room is cramped and dirty. The service is super bad, the breakfast buffet is also super bad. Checked in at 2pm but it was almost 3pm and the room was not packed yet. Overall, a super bad experience and will never come back.

Apart from the enthusiastic staff and the ok location, the room was not clean. Maybe partly because I went during the holidays. But in general, the hotel is just a little better than a motel, not a hotel.

The room had no wifi, the TV was broken and couldn’t be watched. I told the curly-haired male staff to help me change rooms, but he just kept answering vaguely, scratching his head and ears, and didn’t call anyone, while there were still many empty rooms in the same category. It wasn’t until the next day that a female staff member was able to change rooms, but the hair dryer was also broken. The bathroom floors in the rooms were very slippery, like some kind of solution was used, not slippery marble floors.

No network, can't use network. Can't watch TV either.

The location is easy to see, convenient for sightseeing and dining in Tam Dao, spacious space, comfortable rooms, polite staff.

No water all night until morning still no toilet water. Breakfast was terrible.

Terrible experience at this hotel - check-in was almost 4 hours late - receptionist was slow and unprofessional - room type was dirty and not as advertised on app (booked city view room but got a room with a view of the yard) manager explained that it was Traveloka's fault and not the hotel's fault - room smelled dirty, old and dilapidated and food was terrible

everything is ok. only the breakfast at the hotel is a bit simple but understandable. because I went during the pre-Tet season. the hotel has few guests so they can't make much food while there are few guests.

The room view is okay, however, the money spent is really not worth it at all because the service is too slow, check-in was almost 2 hours late, when asking the receptionist, they felt like they didn't pay attention to the customer, didn't bother to call the customer to check in when the room was available. When checking in, everything was missing, the room didn't have a landline phone to call the receptionist, when we could contact them, it took half an hour for someone to come up and resolve the issue. Not a good experience at all!
