Nhân viên không kiểm soát được vấn đề check in và check out, phiền tới khách

Đây là những gì mà tôi đã nhận khi đến nhận phòng muộn. Đúng hơn là bạn tôi đến nhận phòng 18:30 ngay sau đó cất hành lý rồi đi ăn. 12h đêm quay trở lại phòng lúc này mới tá hoả là 1207 thì máu me khắp chăm gối, 1208 thì rác và khăn bẩn. Giường thì có cát biển (chúng tôi không đi biển) . Đã quá mệt và đành chụp nốt hình ảnh rồi đi ngủ mai trả phòng chim cút. Nhân viên đã coa xin lỗi nhưng những gì trải qua nếu chỉ xin lỗi mà xong thì quá đơn giản. Giá phòng thì cao nhưng nội thất và chất lượng của phòng lại chỉ đáng bằng giá nhà nghỉ . Nếu có thấp hơn 1 sao thì tớ cũng sẵn sàng cho luôn. 1 sao là quá cao rồi. 1 trải nghiệm thật tồi tệ

Khách sạn 4 sao mà như nhà nghỉ chịu luôn không bao giờ đặt trên mạng nữa.

Tôi đã có kỳ nghỉ ok tại đây. Mình đặt phòng gia đình 3 người lớn 2 trẻ em nhưng phòng ở đây chỉ có 1 giường lớn và 1 giường nhỏ nên nằm không thoải mái lắm, TV thì sóng kém nên xem bị giật dù đã gọi nhân viên lên chỉnh. Ngoài ra mình thấy dịch vụ ổn trừ những vấn đề kia.

The hotel is located right on the sea. Staff were friendly and enthusiastic. However, the bathroom should build a bathroom or a separate edge so that when bathing, water does not spread to the floor.

hotels often lose power, 3 times the elevator crashed when the power is out very soul. The service is generally inadequate for 4 stars: poor network, clean room requirements, and special meals, especially on weekdays

The hotel is excellent from catering to rooms. Breakfast buffet with relatively complete dishes, delicious.

Book hotels with incentives should be great, staff are very professional and friendly. During check-in, the hotel has cinnamon tea service for guests while waiting for the procedure. Rooms are spacious and clean, the price of room service is cheap, reasonable, food is good and delicious. Good breakfast buffet, eating very well. Next time if you go to Danang, you will definitely book this hotel again.

The first room we checked in was reeked with foul smell from the bathroom. I believe it was the sewage problem which caused us the damage of insomnia ( esp my partner) and we were so tired the next day . We had to move room in the middle of the night. Facility is bad overall, like lacking many essentials in the room and using paid sauna and one of the saunas is not working at all. The staff is nice and friendly. Food is okay. However, I expect an apology at management level, or in form of voucher/ cash at the experience we have had so far. What we' ve got is just the "erh" face 😧from the staff.
