The staff is friendly, and any lost items are returned promptly. The service is satisfactory, and the prices are pocket-friendly.

This is always my preferred place to stay whenever I visit this area. It's nice and comfortable.

I booked Piltik Homestay around 6:30 PM WIB, and checked in around 8:30 PM WIB. We wanted to enter the Piltik yard, the gate was closed and several times honked but no one opened, (there was no security) finally we opened it ourselves. I called the number listed in the app several times, no one answered. Long story short, we had to leave the location again and it was quite a long walk to check in. In the room I wanted to get a drink because drinks were provided, and didn't notice that there was a lipstick stain on the side of the glass I was using. When my son wanted to drink, he was shocked to see that his drinking glass also had quite a lot of lipstick stains as in the photo. Even the floor was sticky as if it was oily. I was very disappointed, a class like Piltik could be careless about the hygiene of drinking utensils and also the cleanliness of the room. I complained and asked for a replacement glass, from 8:39 PM WIB until 10:30 PM WIB only to get a response. Although Piltik Homestay had apologized, but I was already disappointed. I couldn't even finish the food I ordered from Piltik Coffee because I was disgusted by the lipstick stain on my glass. Hopefully, this experience will encourage Piltik Homestay to improve its quality, especially in terms of service and cleanliness. Thank you 🙏

There is no receptionist at the homestay so if you want to check in / out you have to go to the restaurant behind which is quite far and if you don't have a vehicle it will be difficult, there is no security so if you go in and out you have to open and close the gate yourself, there is no telephone, you have to maintain cleanliness because if you eat in the room you will be fined, but there is no trash can outside the room and you have to provide your own trash bag. Breakfast is only available 1 portion of fried rice, 1 glass of juice and 1 coffee / tea. Lots of flies in the afternoon

The location of the stay is far from the breakfast place, there is no telephone in the room to call the operator, children >3 years old are charged, must maintain cleanliness but there is no trash can in front of the room, must deposit 300 thousand per room but when checking out you have to walk to the back first to get the deposit, there is no security so you have to open the gate yourself when entering and exiting

I've stayed at Piltik three times, but this time it was below the hotel's standards. Pros: - Staff friendliness is above average; Cons: - During our stay, the bedside table was covered in dust from insects (a type of termite), but the owner blamed it on the food; - The shower faucet broke due to wear and tear. When a guest complained, the owner was reticent. Suggestion for guests: In the future, please double-check your room before entering. Suggestion for owner: - We are guests, and the price of this homestay is not much different from a hotel. In the future, we hope to improve the service. Thank you

The staff was friendly, although the check-in process was a bit slow. Breakfast was delicious. The room and bathroom were clean and quite spacious. We booked a family room. It's a shame, though, that you have to pay for tissue in public restrooms—perhaps to discourage people from taking too much and causing waste.

The place is quiet at night, there is no TV so it can be a place to chat until late at night without any disturbance, the location is close to people's houses so it's not too scary.

Second time staying here, and always have a great experience. Keep up the good work to all Piltik Team.

Owner & staff are unprofessional, feel needed, place is not as expected, service is not good, handling of consumer complaints is disappointing. Not recommended.

The accommodation was clean, but there were problems when checking in at night because the entrance was closed.

Very far from the town, pretty much in the middle of nowhere, although the views are pretty nice. For foods, you need to order from Plithik cafe which was a 300m walk, or you could ask the receptionist you checked in to (which is also a staff in the cafe) to deliver it. You can take a walk around the old Plithik cafe, although some areas are restricted. Breakfast was no longer offered anymore, that's a big minus as there's no food around in the morning.
