The hotel staff is very friendly, check out was informed early to avoid overtime. The cleanliness of the bed and room is very lacking, I thought the bad reviews were true, I found stains and animals/pests in the room. The bathroom tends to be dim, fortunately I only stayed one night. The cleanliness needs to be improved, I'm sure the management can do it. Parking is very sufficient for 2 wheels, there is a dispenser that can be used by all guests. Thank you

Sorry if you're not satisfied. Because it's different from other Front One hotels. Even though it's a cabin or not, the standard should be the same. Because I've often stayed at other Front One areas.
In my opinion, the staff service was lacking. Breakfast wasn't explained from the start. Even though it wasn't a buffet, it should have been informed beforehand. There was no clarity on whether to pick up or have it delivered to the room. So, as a first-time guest who had never stayed there before, I was confused.

Upon arrival, I got the 'impression' of making the wrong choice, because I only relied on online information. After staying overnight, that impression changed: If I go to Jogja again, I will choose; Front Cabin Malioboro, because: I need a suitable place to rest, the hotel is clean, the breakfast is simple but satisfying for the tongue. Finally, it is close to Malioboro. If there is anything that needs to be improved, it is about the surrounding environment, which I think is the authority of the Jogja Regional Government.

With the price offered, the facilities obtained are quite commensurate. For a price below 150 thousand, staying here is worth choosing when visiting Jogja. The male staff who likes to smoke has a very bad attitude, I have booked on the application for 3 nights but I was still asked to check in early when I just wanted to leave my stuff before check in time, basically he said it was not allowed. Even though the next day I saw that it was allowed to leave stuff when other staff were on duty. This is not my first time to Jogja, this is the first time. have stayed here many times. cleanliness is okay, just could be added tissue on the table under the TV not only in the bathroom. it's perfect to get a room whose walls are already moldy on the top, maybe maintenance can be done by repainting or cleaning to remove damp mold to make it more comfortable. thank you

I stayed for 2 days but because the room would not be cleaned, the mineral water was no longer available, it was very difficult to call, then there was no tissue in the room, there was also no soap in the toilet, the bathroom smelled of urine.
