The hotel has no reception, it is not new. There is no fire protection system, the furniture is not new, the drain has an odor. When I was in, there was a problem and the way to deal with it that made me not satisfied.

A great place for those who want to find peace and dreaming. The Autumn is located in a very beautiful position right next to the lake and just a few steps to the west lake, convenient to move to famous sightseeing places. What I like the most is the room and shared space designed very warm, lovely, impressive lake view space. The room is clean, the owner and the staff are very enthusiastic!

Mosquito room, to sanitary ware like a warehouse, the smell of toilet drain is strong. I have to go find another motel and tell the website.

The location is really ideal to experience a peaceful Hanoi. Friendly staff, clean rooms There is only one small problem with a slightly poor soundproofing room, so it needs the polite guests.
