Very disappointing. The family room was very dirty. The condition was not commensurate with the price applied, which was relatively expensive in a small town. The sheets and pillowcases were itchy, and looked unwashed. Even though it was a loss to pay, we decided to move to another accommodation.

I didn't enjoy anything. It 's old, dirty, lack of maintenance. I couldn't survive for one night there. The room close to the road is so noisy from traffic.

I chose this hotel to rest with my mother who was being treated at Sumedang Hospital. The distance from the hospital is quite far. The facilities are ordinary, the room air conditioner is not cold, the bathroom is without warm water. Breakfast is ok, fried rice is delivered to the room.

It's good but it would be nice if it improves the quality again.

For facilities that I can, according to me, overprice, the complimentary ones are also only towels and 2 body soap, Brushes and toothpaste must be purchased separately. Breakfast is only placed in front of the door without being closed so that cleanliness is not guaranteed.

It was beyond our expectation. The hotel was the last one with rooms available on that day in town. By the time we checked in, they gave us a room in the new building that was not really ready. But for basic necessity, it was all ok, except towel. We enjoyed the large space, new furniture (despite the smell), air cond working well, bathroom amazing except we run out hot water after 3rd person took the shower. Breakfast was served to your door. Some parts of furniture were dusty but I don't mind to wipe. Parking space is a bit limited. I struggled to squeeze my car in. But with such situations (ied holiday week) I am really gratefull to spend a night here. I realized they might run out of people into work since it was the holiday week. Hopefully, they can complete the building soon, maintain cleanliness perfectly and keep improving the service with a decent price. Oh, and great location! If you hungry or want something else for breakfast, you'll find streetfoods within walking distance.

This is a crazy hotel. For the price of 350 thousand this hotel is not very good. At Bekasi or Jakarta 350, you get a decent hotel. The air conditioner is just a display, it can't be turned on. He said it was indeed a room without AC. (even though the air conditioner is installed neatly). The waitress is crazy haha (the opposite is true). If it's not very fast, don't forget. Just look for another hotel. Not really the original.
