The place is okay for a small family, if for just staying okay, simple kitchen equipment, cleanliness of the unit is okay, unfortunately there is no TV in the room TV only in the living room want to watch the air is quite hot and not provided a fan in the living room.

Strengths, spacious rooms, enough beds for 5-6 adults, available kitchens and cooking utensils.

It was super quiet and the security guard were so polite. The host was super helpful with the information around neighboring places, like where to eat, how should we go. They had provided dining tools, refrigerator and stove to use, there are hot water, free towels, and free blankets. However, in the term of time flexibility, it was so low, you can't reschedule your booking time, so you need to make sure your timetable, plus the flat is quite narrow. They were providing a TV to watch at the ground floor. There were pool and functional hall too, but it's Residents' public facility. It was good for group travelling. I would highly recommend this to my friend who wants to travel around the area either with friends or family members.

Actually the place is quite comfortable, but since there are hotel staff who live there it becomes rather uncomfortable, there is a TV but it is used with him, We are rich guests imprisoned on the floor above. WiFi is not there, water is not available. For that price not recommended.
