When the towel arrived it smelled really bad

Dirty bedsheets Torn curtains, moldy and dead refrigerator, exhausted fan not working, electric/switch short circuit, broken water sprayer, linen not replaced, AC leaking, no trash can available, Very dirty room, moldy ceiling, linen at check in looks like it was from a previous guest And there is used soap still on the toilet. Highly NOT for Recommended! Definitely will never come back!

The TV is off and there's no wifi. The room is also bad.

Very bad, not according to what was advertised, dirty, AC was broken, the room smelled of cigarette smoke and was stuffy and damp.

The service takes a long time, the security is arrogant, and you are not allowed to use public facilities such as the swimming pool even though when the message says that public facilities can be used, it's better to give up on hotels than apartments.

Like the previous review, it's dirty, the shower doesn't work either, it's not worth it, it's really bad, I've rented it for 4 more days, I didn't ask for a change of pillow case or bed sheet, this is really strange, I swear, just close it and don't open it again.

Strategic location, but the condition of the apartment is not maintained. The bathroom is very dirty. The sheets are worn out and have lots of holes like cigarette marks. TV remote not working. Dusty interior conditions. Management is perfunctory and unprofessional.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, the ac works cold, the facilities are good.

Room 1209 is not maintained, bed linen is dirty, toilet is dirty.

Tidak recommended, pertama dikasih kamar bau rokok, sarung bantal bau apek, lantai dan perabotnya berdebu dan lengket seperti tidak di pel, kamar mandi kotor lalu komplain dipindah kamar agak lumayan ada galon tapi tidak ada keset, ada sisa tisu magic dan gelas kotor bekas pakai, perabotan sama berdebu juga. Anak-anak sampe minta pulang terus, baru kali ini staycation malah gak nyaman. 🙁.

TV nya ga bisa semua channel baju saya ketinggalan taunya hilang walapun kelalaian saya tapi seharusnya pihak apart bisa melakukan pekerjaannya dengan baik.

Super jorok tempatnya, kapok saya nginep di situ.

The unit looks like it's not being taken care of… there are cockroaches… the TV remote from where I came was broken… can't be used… can't change TV channels… turn on and off the TV, just unplug the cable… in the trash there are still cigarettes left over…. Please pay attention to the property owner.
