After all it is good, but a TV is provided but it can't be used (because the antenna is broken), the study chair's handle is broken, the bed is a twin but there are lots of ants, the bathroom is a little stagnant with water, and there are a few blood stains on the bathroom floor.

1. There are no staff on standby at the key collection location so we have to wait and chat with them (this takes a long time and sometimes doesn't get a response). 2. Always unable to choose a room because the reason is that it has been determined centrally. 3. Many rooms have AC that is not cold, the shower is broken, the TV does not broadcast and this is ignored by Seven Living/7RM even though we paid for it but it is very basic without any improvements.
