Really happy to be a place to stay like koen view, the place is really clean, with affordable prices, you can enjoy nice rooms, neat, the staff are friendly, the service is really good. Hope this kind of Koen view opens branches in West Jakarta, so it's easier if you go back and forth outside the city to Jakarta hihi💕

The facilities are quite complete and according to lodging standards in general unfortunately no towels are provided. Choose to stay here because it is close to home and there happened to be a simultaneous power outage in Jakarta and surrounding areas on August 4, 2019. Hoping there was electricity and water in this inn unfortunately there was none because the inn did not have a generator / diesel, even though I had made the payment and did not can refund so it's still check-in rather than loss. It is unfortunate in the description of the inn there is no telephone number that can be contacted to ensure the accommodation is available generator / diesel

Service is not satisfactory, towels are not available. Continue to smoke outside, there are no ashtrays or trash cans. Long story short hehe. Yesterday, the deputy's money fell, he didn't want to go away. But only up to the front gate there was no more than 5 minutes to enter the money, there was no time, I haven't had a fortune.

The room was clean and big enough, there's enough walk space than the others I stayed last March. Got bathroom facilities, like 2 towels, liquid soap and body lotion. But the bathtub was kinda dirty and I needed to turn on the shower for a while before it got clean water. The one that got me surprise was there's a mini kitchen set, like I didn't expect a place to cook for a one night stay. It made me feels like I stayed in a dorm room, then a hotel😅

The bathtub cannot hold water because there is no lid no hot water. Not suitable in ads.

bath tub is very dirty. when we arrived the amenities were not ready. hot water doesn't work. I had to walk down to the securities to get the bath products and asked how the bath plug worked, and walked up again three stories to the room (the elevator only worked on access cards and they did not give me one). friendly security, tho.
