very clean, not humid, soundproof. Wifi was a bit troublesome at first, but the staff were very good at fixing it👍 The air was quite cool, so the AC was rarely used. There were very few electrical outlets (must be alternated with AC, dispenser, etc.) It is recommended to bring a branched electrical outlet from home. The stairs need to be made a bit rough because the floor is quite slippery and a bit steep. The water heater is only on the 2nd floor. Unfortunately, there are lots of mosquitoes and small insects. What is very satisfying is the view from the 3rd floor. According to the experiences of other visitors, the view is 15 out of 10👍👍👍

Villanya bagus, strategis, ada rooftop atas sehingga bisa lihat pemandangan, fasilitas lengkap dan berfungsi, pelayanan baik dan ramah, ketika ada trouble langsung didatangi petugas, mantap deh, kapan-kapan bisa booking lagi

The stay experience was very disappointed, the water turned off from the center, okay, it's not the fault of the villa, so one night from the start of check-in at 7 pm until the morning at 9 am, the water just turned on, then at 3 am I had to deal with rats and cockroaches in the villa, one night's stay managed to get out with great difficulty 1 small rat which smelled super sewage and killed 4 large cockroaches and lots of small cockroaches, please the villa pays more attention to the cleanliness of the villa especially on the 1st floor pantry area, living room which turned out to be a nest cockroaches, and there was one mouse that came in from nowhere because the villa door was always closed immediately when a family member left or entered the villa, I have reported it to the villa and the villa promised that in the future they will pay more attention to the cleanliness of the villa from the animals who will be out at midnight.

Bangunan oke, ada air panas meski hanya di kamar mandi lantai. 2 saja, rooftop meski mini tapi cantik. Sayang kamar tidur & kamar mandi kurang terawat, ranjangnya banyak binatang kecil-kecil, jadi ga berani tidur di ranjang. Pemilik & penjaganya cukup ramah, sebenarnya bisa tukar villa lain yang 1 grup, tapi karena high season jadi banyak yang full.

For the 5th time I have stayed at Bromo 31, the kitchen is clean, complete, ac 2, WiFi is smooth, there is an additional new building on the 3rd floor, there is a rooftop in Batu, the view is great. Friendly and fast service, thank you traveloka.

Great service, fast, I came at 11 pm everything was ready, the important thing is the cheap price, complete and clean facilities, I will definitely stay here again if I go to Batu.

Vila yang sangat murah, bersih, TOP bagus banget fasilitas lengkap 2 ac wiFi lancar ada rooftop lantai 3 view istimewa sangat romantis. Pokoknya puas nginep di Bromo 31.

Very disappointed. I rate 1 star! Very not recommended for spending the night with family. Home facilities are not well maintained. - The downstairs bathroom has no hot water. - The sink drain leaks, the water overflows. - Cooking utensils are not very well maintained. Until there is a dead cockroach. - How come the TV doesn't work. Please replace the old TV with a new one, the remote just keeps getting stuck, it's not clear. It's a waste to watch foreign TV channels, ordinary TV channels can't! - There is a dispenser but it's useless. Broken. - 2nd floor bathroom lights flickering, the impression is horror. The dispenser is not hot, 1 person is taking a shower and it's not hot anymore. - Wifi is slow like a snail. Faster using cellular data. Not really recommended for staying anyway. I am disappointed! This is the only time I'm disappointed staying in Malang. Think 1000 times if you want to stay here!

Kebersihannya udah oke sih, villanya bersih. Cuma ada beberapa fasilitas ga bisa terpakai, contohnya dispenser bocor tapi ga di kasih tau sebelumnya sampe akhirnya kita nyalain paginya udah banjir itu rumah. Terus water heater dia panas cuma waktu di pake di awal doang, setelahnya airnya dingin dan ga bisa terpakai lagi. Lalu wastafel tempat cuci piring bocor, waktu kita mau cuci piring airnya ngalir dari bawah kitchen set.

This accommodation is suitable for families because of complete facilities such as a family room, kitchen including equipment, 2 bedrooms, 2 KM/WC and carport. It's quite comfortable for families and the air is cool because it's at the foot of the mountain.

Lack of recommending WiFi, the TV cannot be large, the smart TV just cannot function properly, the cleanliness is lacking in the kitchen drawer, there is a genuine cockroach, it is not really recommended, it is a bit disappointed too.

The location is easy to reach, in a quiet residential location. The house was ready when we arrived. The receptionist / villa manager is responsive. The WiFi facilities are okay. Overall okay.
