Want to check out late 2 hours asked to pay the full price of the room, seriously 😵‍💫 The staff is not helpful, in the morning when checking out they did not help at all with the suitcases even though they saw that we were having trouble 😵‍💫 Please improve the management, it can lose to its competitors if the rules are too strict. The noodle mat in the bathroom makes the nice bathroom look dirty, because the mat is never changed in my opinion. For prayer mats, please provide them. The welcome snack when it arrived was cold, the room temperature was cold AC 😵‍💫 so it was not touched at all.

Especially because the hotel staff were very friendly, making the holiday atmosphere more enjoyable plus there were many fun activities / activities so it was suitable to bring children here. My family & I toured the Borobudur UMKM using a horse cart, the activities I chose were batik, making rengginan crackers, and making pencils. Then at the hotel during breakfast we added an eco printing activity for the children, the children were very happy, this holiday was truly memorable because the children were really busy with fun activities so that 2 days did not have any screen time at all.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally warm, friendly, and always helpful. The ambiance of the hotel was incredibly comfortable and relaxing, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The food was delicious with a wide variety of choices, all well-prepared and satisfying. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant and memorable stay.

Everything was great: the room was okay, clean, the location was great, it was quiet, and the food was delicious. You could request breakfast delivered to your room. It was top notch. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Stayed at Amata Resort Borobudur for Eid holiday and honestly loved everything about it. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, making the whole experience feel very homey. The room was super spacious, clean, and well taken care of. Food was amazing (breakfast was my favorite, so tasty and nicely themed). The pool was also clean and perfect for relaxing. Would definitely come back again!

The location is very strategic. The service is friendly and full of smiles. For my birthday, I was given a delicious cake. The room was clean, but a little noisy when guests from the restaurant arrived (since it's open to the public), but the view of the pool at night was beautiful. Every morning there's a jogging service around the village at 6:30. The room rates are affordable. Recommended.
