I've often stayed at House 222 when I've been to Yogyakarta. It's strategically located, has a kids' pool, cool air conditioning, and clean rooms. Overall, it's great, and I'll definitely be back.

the room is quite spacious, but it seems rarely cleaned, the bathroom drain is clogged, so the water from the bathroom stagnates, it is uncomfortable after taking a shower, it only takes half an hour to dry. no drinking water is provided, there are cutlery but it seems it has not been used for a long time & is only placed near the sink. 30 minutes before checking in / arriving at the location, it is better to make an appointment with the CS because it is a different place.

Wanting to check in, waiting for the officer took a long time. The place is not very clean. The bathroom still has stagnant water. The blanket smells. Just once. For a budget of 200-300, it's better to look for another one that is a bit more expensive but worth it.

Great place with 2 rooms perfect for family, spacious room with balcony and hot water, my kids enjoying the swimming pool, the location is easy to reach, the parking lot is free. Very recommended.

Really enjoyed staying at this apartment, cleanliness was okay, comfort was okay, the facilities available were lacking a stove/microwave, if you want to heat up food, maybe you can add better wifi, public facilities have a swimming pool from the balcony directly facing the pool, basement enough for parking.

Suitable for a frugal version of the holiday, but the bathroom, balcony, and refrigerator are a little dirty, you should pay more attention to the cleanliness of small things.

Satisfied, the room is there for a child for me who brings a 7 year old child. The floor is also not too high and the view is nice overlooking the swimming pool.
