The service is good, the room is clean 👌🏻

This is a great hotel right in the heart of Tomohon. For a relatively affordable price, you get a spacious room. The staff is friendly and excellent. The receptionist also handles housekeeping, engineering, and food and beverage. Just ask for the toilet in your room so it can be fixed. The TV also doesn't have any channels. The room is clean but needs pest control as there are several insects in the room.

The AC is leaking, there are lots of baby cockroaches in the bathroom and in the room.

The stairwell area is not very clean, there is a lot of dust and dirt. It is quite noisy, so it is not possible to rest.

The breakfast is delicious, but there is not much variety, if possible, don't just have rice/fried rice every day.

The room is nice, but the AC isn't cold enough. I want to ask to move rooms but I'm really tired. The TV also doesn't work and can't be used to watch. Please fix it. For others it is very good. Thanks.
