Sorry, for the arrangement of glass teapots please do not put them under the clothes hanger. Unfortunately yesterday when I was taking a jacket, the glass teapot accidentally hit my jacket, fell and broke 😩. So, it had to be replaced. For me, the price to replace the teapot was quite reasonable, fortunately the staff was a nice and friendly guy, and cleaned it immediately.

My personal opinion, for a Deluxe Queen room rate of 400K, it is expensive here. There is no drinking water in the room (take water yourself from the dispenser provided at certain spots), the room key still uses a key not a card, the room lights are dim and tend to be dark. Not suitable for family stays.

(-) slippery bathroom floor—prone to slipping, non-foaming soap, no shampoo provided, only 2 clothes hangers, no toilet paper provided, the jet shower is on the right (so it's hard to wash yourself hehe).. and there is no main white light, so when working at night in the room the lighting is dim! (+) the TV works well, the AC also works well, the water heater also flows fast and hot. There is a water dispenser outside the room, and the room is spacious! Also the breakfast is delicious! SUGGESTIONS: The bathroom ceramic floor should be changed to a slightly rough texture, because when taking a shower and getting soap suds on it, the ceramic is very slippery which makes it prone to slipping!

For that price, a hotel with a room like this should have facilities available, such as a water boiler (must be rented / 50 thousand), thin blankets like cheap hotels... the food is quite varied...

A hotel that is very sufficient for your needs while in Lumajang, strategic location, easy access, sufficient parking space, hopefully it will continue to develop in the future.
