After a week at BW, I felt incredibly happy and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the cleanliness and service were top-notch.

My wife and I stayed here for the first time in Belitung. It's close to the city and has many culinary spots. There are also many coffee shops, and what's surprising is that the room was so cheap. It was clean and spacious. We'll definitely be back for another family vacation and stay here again.

Everything was pretty good: you could leave your belongings in the hotel freezer, there was no charge for additional cards, and drop-offs within the hotel area were always well-serviced and well-guided. Unfortunately, we couldn't get a connecting room, which made it a bit difficult for families, as we had to keep knocking on doors.

Nice hotel. The lobby area is spacious, but the only downside is that the parking area is too far away, making it uncomfortable for vehicles in the rain or heat.
